Commissions are first come first serve, with three avaliable slots at a time. If you could not obtain a slot, please contact me to be waitlisted.By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service outlined below.Any statement that has not been addressed with me, the artist, prior to the commission, is subject to alteration.If you have any further questions, please contact me through Discord DMs, @daetrng.1. GENERAL TERMSPlease write in a clear and pleasant tone.
Provide references, 2+ is ideal.
Any rude behavior will not be permitted, and your commission will be declined if I see fit.2. PAYMENTPayment is 100% upfront.
Payment is accepted in USD through PayPal.3. PROCESSProgress images will be provided if the commissioner specifically requests it.
WIPs may be sent if I, the artist, have any concerns regarding the project.Your commission may take up to two months depending on a variety of circumstances such as the intricacy, school, or family obligations.If any of the aforementioned events occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.If I am unable to complete the commission within this time period you will receive a refund dependent on the amount of work completed. However, I do not offer full refunds.4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will go out of my way to please my customers.
However, after a commission is completed, only minor alterations, such as minor coloring/marking errors, are permitted; significant alterations, on the other hand, are not permitted without an additional payment. This includes an outfit change, outfit addition/subtraction, backdrop change, or anything else that necessitates a complete redraw.
If your reference was unclear to begin with, you are not permitted to make small modifications without incurring a cost.
Make it clear in what you desire to be done.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.As a result:
✧ I am permitted to use the artwork to promote myself in any location or site.
✧ Make reproductions of the artwork and sell them.
✧ Post it where I want.
The commissioner is allowed to:
✧ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only.
✧ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
✧ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following is considered copyright infringement:✧ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money out of it in any way).
✧ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
✧ Removing any watermarks/signatures.
✧ Altering the artwork without my consent.
✧ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be revoked and will also result in being blacklisted. Your name, discord user, and gmail that you have used to conduct the commission will be publicly posted.A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 500% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to:
✧ Make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
✧ Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
✧ Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.6. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the payment is received.
